Essentials and Pro – Service Providers deliver the Essentials and Pro service plans via AudioCodes Live Cloud for Microsoft Teams. This cloud-based service platform is a white-label managed service that allows Service Providers to easily build new UCaaS offerings based on Microsoft Teams.
Essentials – AudioCodes sets up the initial voice connectivity and direct routing SBC for the customer. The Service Provider is then responsible for the Operator Connect integration, user onboarding, and ongoing management through the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre.
